Commercial Case Study

As a hotel with large energy consumption during the day and night there was an increasing need to identify ways in which the hotel could produce its own electricity and improve the buildings energy efficiency so that it could reduce its operating costs, lower its carbon emissions and progress towards a more sustainable building.

The hotel analysed their electricity consumption and current usage as part of an energy audit on the building. This identified the opportunity to install solar panels and an Electric Vehicle Charger, upgrade to their kitchen stove and improving insulation in parts of the building.
